Hi, my angel. Welcome back to this week's podcast episode, which is the seven things you need to scale to your next level without losing your freedom flow. Or soul. So if you're listening to this, you might have built the foundations of a successful business. You've got clients, you've got clarity. You've got purpose.
But inside you, you know you are ready for more. And in this episode, I'm gonna be really breaking down the seven key things every female founder needs to scale sustainably, not through hustle, but through identity embodiment and strategic simplicity. Because scaling isn't about adding more. It's about aligning your subconscious, your structure, and your standards support.
Support the woman that you are actually becoming. So first of all, I really want to get real about this. Is your next level isn't gonna be learning about a brand new strategy. It's about your capacity to hold more, more clients, more money, more visibility, and more peace. So this is exactly what I'm gonna be breaking down for you.

And this is time that you showed up for your future self, so let's get into it. So I think the first thing is you need a regulated nervous system. That's really key in business. So I know so many female founders think that actually they can scale to their next level by doing more, by posting more content, by attending more networking events, by like working weekends, by pumping out content on YouTube, pumping out content on TikTok.
And that's not true. It really is not true. I've worked with some really successful female founders. Obviously I've scaled my business. I've been mentored by so many incredible women. And here's the thing. It's your subconscious that comes first and strategy second, because your subconscious is responsible for creating 95% of your reality.
And we're gonna get into that in a second and obviously in my free master class. But the first thing is, is a regulated nervous system. If your body. Doesn't feel safe holding more your business won't either. Expansion requires in internal safety. So what does this actually mean? So obviously I'm gonna cover this in a lot more detail in my free masterclass.
We only have limited time here today, but you know. Are you actually regulating your nervous system on a daily basis? And what this actually means is just bringing your nervous system back into balance. So the one of the things, the one of the ways you could do this is you know when you are, like even before you start your day is, or you have a big launch or a sales core, a big decision.
It can be as simple as taking five deep breaths and grounding into the feeling of enoughness because you are worthy and you are so incredible. But it can also look like adding in a nervous system regulation ritual into your daily routine, such as EFT, journaling, breath work, or just a 10 minute walk in silence.
I love to use my own subconscious reprogramming tracks. I find them really, really powerful. in the live masterclass, I'm gonna be doing a guided EFT with you, which I'm really excited about. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. And, and this is what actually gets you back into your body, that gets you regulated.
So you are not actually stuck in your head. How many of you have been stuck in your head when you are in business and it's so easy to get stuck into your head? I see this with so many of my clients where, you know, you're constantly being bombarded by like, how well that second person's doing on Instagram.
Oh my God, they went viral. They got this opportunity, they went onto this podcast, they were at the House of Commons. Like all of the things. That can actually really throw you out and it can dysregulate your nervous system. And this is why it's so important to limit social media activity because if you are going on your phone like first thing in the morning, the soon as you wake up, not only are you spiking your cortisol, but you are also dysregulating your nervous system.
Saying before you go to bed, like, are you scrolling before you go to sleep? Like I make a really conscious effort. I have been doing this for a while now, but like not going on my phone two hours before bed. I notice if I just even for five seconds go on WhatsApp and respond to a family member. I just get so dysregulated and then I don't have a very good sleep.
So, you know, the blue light does take its toll. So number one is regulating that nervous system. Number two is subconscious reprogramming. So you are in the right place because of course, this is what I'm gonna cover in detail on my, on my, free masterclass series. But I really wanted to speak into subconscious reprogramming if you are.
If you are like new to my work, you know, this is something that I've been talking about for a while now. 95% of your business results are driven by your subconscious beliefs. You can't scale beyond the identity you currently hold. So if you are someone that has self-perception and identity of someone that doesn't think they can scale, that doesn't think that they can attract more abundance, that doesn't think they can attract high level clients, that doesn't think that scaling's gonna be easy, that it doesn't think that.
X, Y, and Z is gonna happen. This is exactly the, the thing that's gonna keep coming back to you because that's actually what you believe about yourself because you can't scale beyond the identity that you currently hold. So I know this sounds, you know, something that you can probably resonate with, but how can we start to.
Your subconscious mind for success. So the first step would be, I wanted to give you an action step here is journal on what fear gets activated when I'm thinking about it all. Journal on what fear gets activated when I think about having it all. And that will actually uncover to you what fear you have about having it all.
'cause I have loads of clients that I work with and one of the big fears is like, people will ask me for money, people will charge me more. Family members will want more money. Family members might not. Like might stop speaking to me. People might think I'm not relatable. And that fear on a subconscious level will keep holding you back consciously.
Of course you wanna be successful of con consciously, of course you want to scale, but if your subconscious, which is the 95% isn't on board, that's what's gonna keep holding you back. So, what's really, really key also for this is, Something like EFT can be really powerful as well. I've actually got a hypnosis as well that I'm gonna be sharing in my free masterclass to reprogram your subconscious, so that's a another reason why you should join us.
Can't wait to share that.and also the other action step that you can take from this is. Catching one limiting belief this week and choose to respond to it from your next level identity. So you should already have in your mind, like what is your next level identity? Like, what does that look like? Who is she?
What is she thinking? What is she being? What does she look like? What is she? How is she holding herself? How is she carrying herself? How is she leading? How is she feeling? What is she thinking? So if you feel like a limiting belief is coming up, like, I can't do this. This is too hard, this will never work.
Choose to respond from your higher self. Choose to respond from your higher next level identity instead. So the anchor line for this would be you can't out strategize your subconscious patterns. You have to rewire them. This is so important. Subconscious first, strategy second. This is why I see so many people, they like join the courses.
They get mentorship, they heal, they're doing all of the things, things, things, things, things, things. But nothing's moving the needle. It's because their subconscious is wired for them to not feel safe. For them to not show up fully, to not be their fully expressed self. So this is why the subconscious reprogramming is so important, and I'm gonna be taking you through exactly of that in my, free masterclass series, which is really exciting.
So the next part of scaling them is a clean, repeatable strategy. So I do believe in reinvention. I do believe in evolution, especially in the marketing landscape that we're in now. Like everything has changed from like 20 21, 20 22, 20 23, but, but the woman who scales sustainably sticks to one strategy.
Long enough to master it. Let me say that again. The woman who scales successfully and sustainably sticks to one scaling strategy long enough to master it. So I really want you to commit to one scaling strategy for the next six months. So. The thing is, you don't want to be completely restart. If something's not working, you just optimize it and change it.
You don't let it mean anything about yourself. We are currently doing that in my business. We're testing and an offer. We're just gonna optimize and change until it, we can really scale it up. Right, and that's what business is. It's about ideation, it's about commitment, and it's about testing and learning and changing, but not to a point where you are like.
Changing your scaling strategy like all the time you are like you, you, you then like wear yourself too thin. If you're like, oh, I'm gonna do, I'm gonna do like LinkedIn, or I'm gonna do ads, or I'm gonna do a live launch method, then I'm gonna do a low cost offer, then I'm gonna do a funnel, I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna do that.
And it's just like, no, no, no. Simplicity scales. It so does it really, really does. So I, I think I heard this, this saying called simplify to amplify. And I really believe that. So for me that looks like the live launch method. So what you've gotta be really thinking about yourself for your clean, repeatable strategy is what am I doing that's actually moving the needle?
And what's just noise? That's what's really important. Are you getting drowned out by the noise around you? Or what are you actually sticking to a strategy that's actually moving the needle? And you need that clean, repeatable strategy. And this is exactly what I'm gonna be walking you. Through my masterclass.
We can't dive into, you know, really detailed strategies right now because we're on a podcast episode and I don't have my slides in front of me. So this is exactly what I'm gonna be sharing with you. So the number four point of this episode is scalable offers and systems. You can't hit multi six figures or six figures with delivery models built for the startup stage.
You need offers and operations need to expand with you. So first of all, I think it's step number one, it's auditing your office suite. Does each product. Lead to the next step. So can your audience come into a maybe a low cost offer and then move through the low cost offer to something that's scalable or high touch?
Right. That's really important. And have you actually got an offer suite that's scalable? I mean, most office suites can be scalable, but say for example, you are a nutritionist and you are just working with people one-to-one or a healer working with one-to-one. That I've helped people scale one-to-one, but is that truly scalable in the future?
Because what actually happens is if you're doing like a lot of one-to-one work, you are always reinventing the wheel for like one client. And when you've got like a suite that's actually scalable, like a group offer for example, or you know a product that you can scale, it becomes a lot easier. And then that's when you really start freeing up your time.
To work on the big picture vision, and then also you start to earn more money because it's actually scalable. That's really important, and I would really, in your business, keep it really simple. I would have no more than three co off core offers, such as low cost, a low cost offer, a scalable offer, and a high touch offer.
So for me, my low cost offer looks like my event, my membership, the scalable offer that we have in my business is the mastermind and membership, and my high ta, high touch. High ticket is one to one mentorship. What I really want you to think about is do you have the scalable offers, but do you act, is it actually automated?
You know, is the onboarding automated? Are the payments automated? Is the client communication automated? This is something that we are really working on, like a lot of our business is automated, like the payments, but we are really tightening things up now, so that. When someone buys, and this happens anyway, like if someone buys from us, they'll get a welcome email.
They'll let you know, they know the next steps. But we are looking to really bring AI and like tools like Zapier in to think, how can we be completely hands off? Like how can we be to a point where the. The first call we are having is, is when we're the actual touch point from me, because freedom doesn't come from more offers.
It comes from smarter systems, and I think that if you are trying to launch like a million offers a year, it's really difficult. Like it can be really difficult to scale. I've seen people do it really well, but nine times out of 10. You just need to simplify to amplify, and I really do believe that. So the next part of this is having an engaged email list.
Scaling requires an email list. Social media grows your reach, but your email list builds your wealth without a list. You are growing on rented land, which is like Instagram or LinkedIn or TikTok. So really be thinking about like lead magnets. You know, have you got lead magnet in your business? Does it speak to your ready to buy buyer?
for thought for now, but also:And I definitely wouldn't be doing an email list. Without conducting market research, sometimes what we think that people need is not what they actually want. So this is why it's gonna be really important, to do market research so that when you do bring out your opt-in, even if it's a free opt-in, it is resonating with people, they're downloading it, you are growing your list because the last thing you wanna do.
Is, you know, set up your e opt-in, optimize it with like nurture sequence, your opt-in page and then like no one's downloading it because it doesn't resonate with them, or you didn't use the language that they're using or they're thinking about. So that's gonna be really important. I think Instagram grows your audience email converts your, converts your authority, and this is something that.
You know, I'll be, I work with all my one-to-one clients with, so if that's something of interest to you in terms of holistic strategy, do reach out to me. The, the final few pieces of the puzzle is a supportive team. I can't stress this enough, even if you're below six figures and you are hitting kind of like the 30, 40 K mark, you definitely wanna be.
Investing in a team, you can't scale If you are the bottleneck in your business and your next level's gonna require you to let go of control, let go of over-delivering, let go of perfectionism. So really think about in terms of this section, action steps. What is the one task you can delegate? Is it editing?
Is it admin? Is it scheduling? Is it answering your emails? Is it chasing up for payments? The second thing I would definitely be doing, I wish I did this sooner, and we are redoing it for my whole business. I've been building it for years and years, but it needs to be, tightened up. And I'll always be really honest with you guys, because this is like.
A diary of a female founder, but building SOPs, standard operating procedures, simple process documents so that you are documenting everything that you are doing in your business. That's a reoccurring task. So if you are like doing something over and over and over and over again. And you are just doing it.
You could just document it, put it into like a Google Doc and give it to a team and they can execute it without you. They don't, you know, you show them exactly how you need it done and they will do it for you. So you really wanna be thinking about your mindset. You wanna shift from your mindset of like, I can do it faster, only I can do it.
I remember a couple of years ago, I think I've said this on the podcast so many times, but someone said to me, they judged me for having a cleaner. And they said, oh, if I want done something done, I do it myself. And I'm like. That's why you are where you are. You know, because that mindset is just savior Marty mindset.
So you wanna really be shifting your mindset as well. And I know for a lot of people it's a money thing, but what you've gotta be thinking about is you can't be like doing 5, 10, 15, 20 pound tasks in your business. And then expecting to like grow a multi six figure business, it's just not gonna happen.
You need that capacity, creativity, and brain space to actually scale your business with like the strategy that you're following and the subconscious work that you're doing. So that's really important. And the final piece of the puzzle is identity expansion and embodiment. Scaling is 20%, strategy 15%, and obviously 80, 85 90, 90 5% is subconscious work.
You can't hold six figures or multi-six results with the mindsets that built your first kind of 30, 40, 50 K. So it's really stepping into that identity piece. You know, action step from this would be visualizing your multi six figures out how she speaks, how she sells, how she sets boundaries, how she rests, start showing up.
As hand now in your pricing, in your content, in your decision making and thinking every morning, what would be the version of me who scales. With ease. Choose today. You don't wait to become her. You don't wait for the external to show up. You don't wait for the clients, you don't wait for the branding, you don't wait for the website.
You don't wait until you've got your portal sorted. You lead from that energy now and that's what's gonna quantum shift you moving forward, which is very, very exciting. I'm so excited for you. When your nervous system subconscious and strategy and structure aligned, that's when scaling feels effortless.
