42# - The 4-Day Healing Programme That Transformed Me — And the Insights You Can Use in Your Life and Business
In this episode, Sharn opens up about her experience inside a four-day healing programme she completed in October — a journey that shifted her perspective in ways she didn’t expect. She shares the biggest lessons that surfaced, from recognising the stories we unconsciously live through, to understanding how our lens shapes every decision we make. You’ll hear her reflections on sitting with discomfort, expanding emotional capacity, and stepping into radical responsibility for your life and leadership.
Sharn also speaks candidly about the next phase of her own healing — ongoing therapy, embodiment, and what it means to keep choosing growth even when life has felt heavy. And for those wanting to experience her work in person, she reveals a special Black Friday offer for her London event on 7th February.
It’s an honest, expansive conversation designed to help you come home to yourself, reconnect with your power, and rise into your next chapter.

Hi, my angels. Welcome back to the podcast. So today I'm really, really excited to share with you my personal experience with a very deep. Four day healing program that I did back in October. I have had so many questions about, there's so much interest around this, so I wanted to do a bit of a deep dive podcast episode.
For you today to really share with you what I experienced in this incredible healing program and my four biggest takeaways from the Healing program, such as the lens you look through, everything shapes everything. The story you tell your staff is the story that you live in. What you can be with will let you be.
And radical responsibility is freedom. So I haven't really planned this episode down to a tee. Normally I do just because I really want it to like come from the heart. And honestly, there are so many.so many revelations, so many insights, so many breakthroughs that I had from this program. And obviously I don't want to share everything because I wanna be respectful to the facilitator of the program, but I'm gonna share with you.
The biggest takeaways, you know, the nuggets that you can actually apply in your business and in your life, that can also help you shift as well. So I'm really, really excited. So before we begin, I believe this podcast episode is gonna drop on. The 26th of November, which is Black Friday week. And normally if you know me and you've been following me for a while, you guys know that I never discount anything.
You guys know that I never do like deals all the time or anything like that. But for the first time and the only time this week, I'm actually doing a Black Friday offer. On my event tickets. So if you don't know, if you haven't heard the news, we are doing our biggest London flagship event on the 7th of February in Central London.
And we are really, really excited. There's gonna be amazing speakers. One speaker has already been announced, so do check out my grid, for that. But this week, only until Monday, the 1st of December, we are doing a 10% off. Ticket sales. We don't need to at the moment because we've sold so many tickets, but I'm feeling really grateful.
I'm really feeling really abundant for the year that I've had, so I wanna give this offer to my community. So all you need to do is head over to the show notes, we'll drop the link. For the event page, and you just enter Friday 10 at checkout and it will give you 10% off, but you will need to hurry because on Monday it will be expiring on Monday, the 1st of December.
I think it expires at like 10, 11 o'clock at night. My team have already set the expiry, so don't be one of those people that get there on Tuesday and be like, oh no, the link's not valid, or the, you know, the code's not there. So yeah, I would absolutely love to see that. So let's get into the podcast episode.
So in October I did this four day program and I don't wanna, share the name of it yet because I'm still integrating from the program and. If you guys know me and you followed me, I'm someone who's very honest and real in business. I will only ever, whether like, you know, I'll only ever share things, whether it's on my podcast, in my communities, my pay clients with people that I completely trust, or, you know, when I make a recommendation, I make it from the heart.
It's not just something that I'm getting paid for to share. So I really wanna basically, presence that, because I think that's really important. And because I'm still integrating from the program, like, you know, the results. Obviously the results so far have been amazing, but like, it's not been like, you know, I, I'm not on the other side just yet.
I'm in deep integration mode. And that can take weeks, months, maybe even a year. Who knows? But I'm integrating. So how did this all come about? As you guys know, I will always choose expansion. I will always choose subconscious healing. I will always choose growth. I'm, I'm someone. I don't believe that you can be fully healed in this lifetime.
Well, you can get to a really good place, but I don't really believe in like fully, fully, fully healing yourself. I think we are human beings having a human experience, and I think that in our lives, things come up, in our life that really challenge us. For me, the last two years, it's been very challenging.
I'm gonna talk about that in a minute. But basically what I really believe in is that, expansion and that growth and, and meeting my full potential. So I'm always down for. Healing. I'm always down for a really good modality. I like to get coached. I like to get mentored. I like to have a therapist. I like to do the healing things.
And a couple of people had mentioned to me that I should do this program. you know, my, my mentor had mentioned it.one or two other people that I'm connected with, and I, I was just really curious. I was like, okay, let me just sign up to this program. I think it was about, I wanna say it was about a thousand pounds for four days, which I think is incredible value for money.
was really intense. So it was:So you've gotta be very, very organized. Like you, you are essentially taking four days off to really immerse yourself in this healing program. And, which I found really interesting actually. And they were like, you know, the team of a, a amazing, they, they like do a welcome call with you, tell you what to expect.
But to be really honest, because people had recommended it to me, I wasn't really fully aware of the format. I thought hundreds of people were gonna be on these live calls, but actually it was just like, I think it was around 30 of us or maybe 25. We all got coached individually over the four days, and one of the reasons I really wanted to do this piece of work is because if you've been following me for a while, you know, over the last two years, I've navigated a lot.
and I actually had, I'm gonna talk about this probably at the end of this podcast, but I actually had a therapy session last night. I'm going off on a bit of a tangent, but I think it's important to share this. And this is a therapist that I worked with back in lockdown when I got trolled and bullied another, another story for another day.
but I, I have been feeling a little bit dysregulated in my body and I think it's. There are remnants of, the four deaths that I've had to deal with in the last, you know, year. I've had some health challenges come up. if you are at my event two years ago, you know, that I was hospitalized for an infection, which I found out recently was sepsis.
On that in the February event, and I have gone through a lot in the last two years, and actually my therapist said to me last night, she said, you've gone through a lot of emotional and physical trauma. This is trauma, she said, and. I'm very, very resilient. People in my position wouldn't be able to carry on with my business.
I'm, I'm pretty sure of that, the fact that we hit way over six figures last year. This year we are gonna finish up, you know, really, really well in, in terms of business. I've had a lot of multiple five figure launches this, this year. My event tickets have been selling really well, so like the business is doing really well, considering that I'm operating at like 50% capacity right now.
So. Basically, I, I just thought, okay, if I do this program, it, it will probably help with what I've been navigating over the last two years. Right. So it did help. And the format of it was that, you know, the first day was kind of introductions and the second day it was really deep into your kind of like.
Basically your trauma, where it's come from. And I think, you know, if you're listening to this podcast, you're probably very self-aware and you know that your trauma has come from your childhood or your past. And I, I'm very, very aware of my childhood trauma. I'm very, very aware of like, you know, the things that I've been through where this has all come from my story.
All of the things, but actually one of the things that I really wanted to, learn more about was. I think I've healed a lot of my trauma about how to navigate that trauma when it plays out in your day-to-day life. And this is the work that I've been doing in my mastermind and my membership. If you've been in my membership or my mastermind, you know that I did a training over the summer around like the subconscious mind and how to basically deal with it in the day to day.
That has been a really big. Fascination for me because when you go to a healing retreat, when you do breath work, when you do all the somatic tools, you feel good in the moment, right? I think we can all agree that you feel really good in the moment, but how do you keep aligning yourself every single day?
To a higher vibrational state. And I don't wanna bring in like toxic positivity here because I don't think you need to be a positive a hundred percent of the time. Especially like with me, I've navigated so many deaths, like you can't, you know, when you are at a funeral or like approaching a funeral or someone's died, or it's been a few weeks or even a few months, you're not gonna be constantly positive.
I don't believe that. But I do believe that you do have a choice to shift your vibration and tap into the quantum field at any given moment. I believe that. So I'm always very interested in work, which you can do in your day-to-day life. And I, to be really honest, this is gonna be the work that I'm really gonna be expanding on moving forward.
So the four days was a bit of a crazy vortex, I must admit. The group was phenomenal. We were really held by our facilitator. We got to share what our recurring problem was in our life.and I'm gonna share with you what mine is. I think for me, I'm being really vulnerable in this podcast to share this now, but I think I, I do need to share it with my audience.
You know, weight has been one of my reoccurring problems, and that has been partly because of, you know, the gut issues that I've gone through and some other things that I've gone through. But it has been a reoccurring problem.and I, I, I'm. I finally, I finally believe I've like cracked the code on it.
and it is gonna be a bit of a process now. and I'm really excited to embrace my weight release journey. But, but, but, butthat was the problem that I came up with and it was so amazing to see other people like. And this, there were like really successful people there as well. But everyone struggles with a reoccurring problem.
You know, you're not you. You know, we're all human beings. We are all having a human experience. And it was really, really reassuring to see that like other people experience this as well. And to be really honest guys, like I think social media has really tainted. The perception of reality. And I think we all know on a conscious level that social media is a highlight reel, but I think subconsciously a lot of people are thinking that, oh, their life's not great because they haven't got a hundred thousand followers, or they're not getting that opportunity, or they weren't invited to the latest like influencer event.
But actually what I realized through this program was like, that's all bullshit. You know, like, like. Instagram isn't reality. Social media isn't reality and I think you have to come back to what your values are for you to live a great life. So I'm kind of going off tangent, but anyway, so the, the four days, it was really, I can't really explain it.
It was very magical. It is very esoteric. It was very like in the vortex, like I feel like my room looked different. I was like, vibrating on a different frequency. There were no slides. There were no, we weren't, there were no recordings, so we just had to, there was no replays, so we had to really take it, like, take all the information in, through the, like, through the, Through the training. Like we weren't, we didn't, we don't have anything to refer back to, and they actually discouraged us from taking notes. I did take some notes because I love, love, a good piece of notes and refer back to, and it was very, very magical. Now, the learnings, a lot of them, I, I would say I knew already, a quite, like, quite a bit of them I knew, but just because I've done so much work on myself.
but the things that I really wanted to share was, these are the four biggest takeaways that I shared, that I want to share, that I learned from, from those four days. So one of them was, the story you tell yourself is the story that you live in, and we can kind of relate this to limiting beliefs and.
But I think, I think a lot of people realize they have limiting beliefs, but they just accept their limiting beliefs. But they're just like, yeah, that's just the way it is. But actually it's a very deep ingrained story in you. We are always in story. If there's a human being present, if you are present as in me, the me, there's always a story.
So things like. This can't happen for me. I can't attract Highend clients. I can't.have a hundred thousand followers. I can't have a seven figure business. I can't be an influencer. I can't lose weight, I can't do this, I can't. That's just, it is literally just a story and I think that's really hard to hear, but it is a story.
It's like when I did my recent mastermind launch and it was a multi five, another MULTIFIER launch, which we're so proud of historically in October. I don't think I've, I think once I've had a multi five figure launch historically in October. My launches don't do very well. They just don't, I dunno what it is.
In the past, they just haven't done well and this launch did really well considering I did a very lazy launch. I'm gonna talk about that on another podcast episode, but literally, I did my workshops. I recycled and repurposed a lot of content, and the launch went really well, and it just showed me. And when the launch first started, it was a little bit quiet, like I wasn't getting the result that I desired.
But when I reflected back to myself as a night, no one's buying, no one's booking calls. It was just a story. It was literally just a story. And when I started shifting my relationship to the story. Things started to shift when I got into a high vibrational state, which by the way, anyone can access, and this is the work that I do with my clients to help you reshift into that state, because I think that's where the magic is.
Things started moving. People were like, yep, I'm in. I'm gonna book. I'm just watching the video. I wanna book in a call, like people will still, but I'm still doing clarity calls. I've actually got a clarity call today. So that's really important. So the key biggest takeaway I want you to take away from this is that what is the story that you're telling yourself?
hat you have told yourself in:You manifest it.this, and the second part of it was the lens. You look through everything shapes everything. So this again comes back to your story. One of the biggest, I think, takeaways was when the facilitator, facilitator said. She's very successful. She runs a seven figure business. She's set, and it's not just about money guys, but you know, she's very, like the way she carries herself.
You can tell she's a very healed woman. she's very like, she's just got that, that energy. I can't that self for assured energy she has, which I love about people. And what she said was, my world and your world are the same. But it's how we are looking through that world is different. So what I took from that was not so much for me because I'm a very expansive poss, like I believe in possibility person, but I was thinking about her and I was thinking about someone else that lives in the same world.
So for example. She obviously has manifested a really abundant world, but if you are living in a world where you believe that there's no clients, there's a recession, no one's buying, Asian people don't buy, I need to discount. I need to do X, Y, and z. Then you're gonna keep attracting that world in, and actually, what's really important is how you are embodying yourself in this world.
That was one of the biggest takeaways for me as well, is how am I showing up? What is my energy? What am I embodying? And I think that like when you start moving from that frequency and that energy that you are really grounded in that energy of embodiment, that you are not scared to show up on stories, you are not scared to share your real opinion.
You are not scared to rebrand and share your message. You are not scared if no one shows up to your live. You are not scared. If you do a podcast episode and 10 people listen to it, you are not scared. Like to put an event out and just like hold the discomfort. That is true embodiment. I think embodiment is really about how you hold yourself through the challenges.
Because this is the other thing I think a lot of people think about healing. They think it's like everything's perfect. There's no challenges, nothing's gonna trigger them ever again. They're gonna be like living in la Lala la, la, la land hippie land, right? That's not the truth. No one gets to escape the challenges of life, and that's what I really realized.
In that program. Even the facilitator was saying that, I dunno, she went to the supermarket and she just had to stand there for like 10 minutes because she was like really triggered about something. So I think the embodiment piece is really, really important.the third thing was, which is what me and this amazing lady called Nora have been chatting about in the dms, about they, they said this thing called what you can be with will let you be.
So what that basically means is that a lot of people, when there's discomfort, there's emotion, there's uncertainty, they run from it. And to be really honest, like this is one of the things that maybe. I do agree with like when there's uncertainty, when you're feeling a bit crap. When you are, you are in a low vibrational state.
I think tools do help you. Like for me, for example, journaling really helps me. My subconscious tools really help me to shift.and I do believe that.we need those tools. That's something that I truly believe in. But what a lot of people do is they run from discomfort, emotion, and uncertainty. So basically, I'm gonna share this on another podcast actually.
'cause this happened to me recently and something was happening to me recently and I was experiencing something very viscerally in my body. And my normal response from my childhood has been, you know, not for everything but like runaway cancel. Don't, just don't go through with it that that used to be a response in my childhood.
It sometimes shows up in my business. I've had to do a lot of work on this, but. They said, what you can be with will let you be. So what that means is if you can be with a certain, if you can be with a negative emotion, if you can be with uncertainty, if you can be with discomfort, it will let you be. So basically, when Uncertainty's coming up in your business, when discomfort's coming up, you don't actually run away from it.
You don't actually collapse into it. Resign into it, become a victim. But you be with it. You be with it. From like, almost like zooming out, like looking at it from a bird's eye view and being with it. And when you be with something. The more capacity you build for the life that you are actually calling in.
Because for me this year, I cannot tell you guys how uncomfortable I have fucking got, like I need to do a podcast episode on this. I have changed so many things in my business this year. I completely rebounded my membership. I did a new nor launch for it. I. Like the event is bringing up so many things for me because I'm operating on a completely different frequency and a different growth level.
I rebranded my mastermind. I've changed my offers. I shut things down. I increased my prices. I reached out to speakers that I could never even think that I would reach out to before. I have taken a lot of risk. I've trialed things failed a couple of times, but. That's the thing that you need to do to build the life that you are actually calling in.
Nothing happens from the comfort zone. Nothing happens from doing what you were doing last year, even earlier this year. You have to keep shifting and changing, and you have to be able to hold that discomfort. It's so important that you hold that discomfort. When you know nothing. You feel like nothing's happening, nothing's shifting.
But that's exactly where your trust has to be. And that's when you have to sit with your thoughts of, you know, whatever's coming up for you. Maybe you're thinking you're not good enough, maybe you think people don't care. Maybe you think you're not pretty, maybe you think you're not talented, but what you can be with will let you be.
So that's really, really important. and one of the things actually, I forgot to mention was the whole, promise of the program was like. Freedom. Freedom from the negative thoughts, freedom from, you know, the condition of the human, human mind. And obviously that's gonna take time. It's not gonna be overnight, but that, that was the promise of it.
It it, it was promised to us as a life changing experience and it definitely was. And the fourth takeaway that I wanna share with you is radical responsibility for yourself. So they kept sharing that with us in the program. And even when we had our integration calls, after the program and people would come and it was so easy, like for me as a coach to witness everyone.
And I could just see that they were in their story. Like everyone had a different story. Like this happened that happened, this happened, that happened, but basically. It was just a story, and it's so funny that I could see it for other PE from for other people, but one of the things we had to keep going back to is obviously when that story's coming up thick and fast, like especially, you know, when you wake up in the morning and the emotions just flood you, you remember who you are, you remember your problems, and you remember everything and it's like, eh, but.
You don't have to feel that way. There's been so many times in the last month, it's been literally a month since I did the program, now that I have woken up as a different person. Not that, not the old sha, you know, the new Sean, which has been, which has been really amazing. But , when things are happening to you, you have to take radical responsibility for yourself.
So. I think maybe if you guys have listened to a previous episode of mine, you guys know that I had to deal with a couple of very, very toxic narcissistic people last year, and which I've decided to cut out for my life because hurt people hurt and I just had to take response. I couldn't take responsibility from them.
You can't be responsible for other people, but what you can be responsible for. Is how you react, your patterns, your own healing, and what you are gonna do. So for me it was about coming out of toxic WhatsApp groups. It was about not showing up to things that where I thought my piece would be compromised.
It was putting down some bloody big boundaries and saying, actually no, I'm not putting up with this bullshit. So and so isn't invited to this. So and so's I'm not going to this. Or, you know, just protecting my piece and. Just realizing that no one is coming to save you. No one's resing you. There's no shortcuts.
You if things don't work in life or business. You have to take radical responsibility for your freedom. And that might look like when things don't work out with, say, a program or a client, or maybe it's something with your children or a partner like. Where are you taking radical responsibility for yourself?
And that really is deep self leadership. You know, every day you might be living in a, a state of worry or anxiety and, and that's very, you real, I totally get it.I think when I went through, grief, like my body became a little bit dysregulated, and I totally understand like anxiety is very real, mental health is very real, but there comes also a point where you have to take radical responsibility for your own results and how you are feeling.
And I think that's the saddest, not the saddest part of it, but the most revealing part of it is like. Actually no one can make you feel anything unless you feel it around about yourself. Like no one, nothing outside. You can make you feel anything like, yes, there can be disappointment in life. Yes, there can be anger and frustration, but actually, you know, you, you get to decide.
You get to take that radical responsibility about how you feel. So that is like a really quick whistle stop. Tour of my healing program and there's obviously so much that I learned, you know, that I can't possibly go into this podcast episode.but it was really, really powerful and it was really healing, and I'm still in the depths of it.
And they actually said to us afterwards, like, there's four stages that we go through. One, is it like one of the stages of when you're in like total bliss and you're feeling amazing and you're feeling like everything's possible, but they stay. Stage three is where. Like your story floods you really badly and you think, shit, this isn't working.
The program didn't work. Is it, you know, it didn't work for me. I'm wrong.you know, all of those things, and for me, especially in the last few weeks, I've been in stage three where my story has come up so hard, and this is the thing about healing and the subconscious mind. When you are trying to heal and you are trying to find a new path and you want to do something differently, your subconscious will literally want to pull you back.
It's like it. It will get so loud because it doesn't want you to change, and this is where loads of people stay stuck. Actually, if you are not experiencing the changes in your life that you want to experience in your business or life, what you really need to look at is where is that resistance? Because what you are resisting is persisting and normally what's happening is you are resisting the very thing that's gonna get you to the next level.
Like you are not signing up for that program, you are not investing in branding, you are not going to that event. You are not going to therapy, whatever it looks like going to the gym, whatever you are. Resisting will keep persisting, but also that's the gateway to your freedom. But your subconscious mind won't want you to go there because it wants you to stay safe.
Human beings are programmed to say safe. Safe. That's the whole, that's, you know, one of the biggest truths there is when it comes to personal development. They want you to, the, the subconscious mind wants you to stay safe. And what's happened with me over the last few years is my story has come up so bad, so bad, and like I have just had to sit with it.
I've just had to process it. I've just had to speak it through. I've had to journal. I've had to meditate. I've had to be with, I've had to cry. I've had to rage. I've had to just, ugh, it's been painful. It's been painful. And with any kind of healing work, if you're doing deep work, it is gonna be painful.
It's not easy to, you know, choose possibility over fear. It's not easy to have that identity shift when that's all you've known about yourself. You know, you've always been that way. It's not easy. But what I can tell you, you know, from, from like, I'm recording this episode now and I think. The last five days I've really shifted out of my story, like really shifted out of it.
it's been really powerful and the results are showing up for themselves. Like ticket sales in my, for my event are just every day we're getting ticket sales to a point where now I'm thinking, shit, do we need a bigger venue like. We've only announced one speaker and everyone else has yet to come, and are we gonna have to have a wait list because there's gonna be so many people coming.
So, you know, on the other side of that discomfort, there is freedom, but you have to do the work to get there, and it's not easy. But it's so, so worth it, I promise you. So what is next for me then? What is going, what is going on? What's gonna be the next process from this? So I think the program that I did, like I said before, it, it's kind of weeks and months.
I'm still integrating. I'm still feeling quite delicate. I'm still just feeling like soaking it all up. But the healing isn't. In the four days, healing is who you become afterwards. So I'm really bringing the insights from the program into my boundaries, my choices, my visibility, my leadership. This is where real change happens, and I think the real work is embodiment.
lly powerful as we shift into:the other thing that I've done, I've made a decision on is starting therapy, like I mentioned before, I started therapy yesterday. And that's more than okay. And I think a lot of people have a shame, especially if you're successful. They have shame about going to pet therapy, but actually, or getting any kind of support.
But actually you can be powerful and really successful and still need support. You know, I have worked with some incredible people and I've had incredible mentors. Every successful person out there that you see has a mentor. Has, you know, a healing guide, maybe has a spiritual team, maybe has a therapist like you need support.
This whole thing around doing it yourself, being a martyr is keeping you small and it's keeping you stuck 'cause you're in the martyr slash. You know, stuckness energy. So I know for me it's one of the most empowered decisions I can make is only because over the last two years there's been a lot of trauma that I need to process with a professional.
and I think the program last month helped with that, but I think getting additional support is always a good thing and. It's about me really stepping into my next level and being supported. So healing, embodiment, therapy. None of it's weakness, it's commitment, it's leadership and it allows me to guide women from a place of integrity and truth because when I am getting, you know, releasing trauma, becoming even more healed, like expanding myself, I become a better coach.
I become a better mentor, and I just can't wait to see like. The energy that I bring to like my calls moving forward, like my group programs, my mastermind, my event is very gonna be very, very exciting. So guys, I really hoped that this helped you. I know it's, it might be very e esoteric and a bit a little bit out there.
I completely appreciate it. We are talking about really big concepts here, but even if you take like one or two things from this and implement, you'll definitely start to see things shift in your own life and business. So I will leave it there. I would absolutely love to see you at my event on the 7th of February.
You can DM me with any questions that you have. It's sean.co mentor on Instagram. And you can DM me the word London as well and get the automated link. And don't forget, I can't wait to see you guys soon and I will speak to you very, very, have a wonderful.
