The Page was never locked. You are not stuck. You're just hitting a ceiling that it's inviting you to expand. So welcome back guys to this week's podcast episode. I am really, really excited for this podcast episode because this is something that I have been thinking about for a lot of this year. So I wanted to give you a little bit of the summary about what we are actually gonna be talking about today, which is all around.

The cage is O open, not closed. So this might relate to you if you on paper, might look successful. You've got the clients, you've got the content, you've got the momentum. But inside it can feel like you are trapped. You are stuck in your survival story, afraid to be fully seen or weighed down by cultural and family expectations.

Or it might relate to you if you are just feeling quite stuck at the moment, nothing's moving, nothing's happening in your business or in your life, and you are like, what is going on? Sean, tell me the truth. Well, let me share this with you today. The truth, the cage was never locked. You are not trapped.

You are just meeting the subconscious ceiling of who you believe yourself to be. So in this episode, I'm gonna share how I went from being born into a working class family, spending over a decade in my overdraft, being painfully shy to creating a seven figure net worth mentoring women globally and hosting some of the UK's biggest events, female founders.

And I'm gonna be really honest in this episode. It's not easy. Most women won't ever break free. It takes daily devotion and commitment and discipline to live your dream life. But if you are ready to step into your highest potential, this episode will show you what it really takes to open through the open door of the cage because the door was never closed.

So before I dive in, I wanna share some really, really exciting news. So our London event tickets are now actually live, which is so exciting. If you don't know about my London event, it's my iconic flagship. Event that we do in February. It's on the 7th of February, next year in London. And last year we had over 200 female entrepreneurs book on.

So we are expecting exactly the same. next year. So many of you have booked on. I'm gonna leave the, link in the show notes, or you can DM me on Instagram. I'm on Sharm Kyra mentor. Just DM me the word London and I will send you over the link. And I just wanna be really honest guys, as we con confirm the speakers over the next month or so, the tickets are gonna keep on ongoing up.

So if you're like, oh, I wanna see who's gonna be speaking, I'm gonna book near it to the time, you will be paying more, just to be super transparent there. So let's dive into the episode. So I really wanted to speak to. Why you might be feeling stuck at the moment? Because I was speaking to one of my business friends about this last week and we were talking about vision, clarity, and stuckness.

And I don't really like to use the word ah, like, you know, you are stuck because, I dunno, I just, I find it feels quite negative. but actually I think it's a universal word that's used that people really understand. So I will use this, I don't wanna belittle anyone by using that word, stuckness, but stuckness often comes from lack of clarity.

You dunno where you're going, who you're becoming, or how you want to feel in your business. And what actually happens is if you don't have a vision. Your subconscious, which I talk lots about, defaults to safety and your subconscious mind's job is to keep you safe, is to keep you stuck, is to keep you in the familiar.

So that's why the analogy that you are in a cage. Right now feels really, really real. So I think the starting point of anything really is what is actually your vision. And I think a lot of people think, oh, vision's so boring. Like, dream life's so boring. But actually, if you don't know where you are going, if you are not super, super, super clear on your vision.

Then you are not, you're not gonna be able to get anywhere. You don't know what you are working towards. And that can, not all the time, but can, you know, radiate that feeling of stuckness. So I really want you to journal on, and I'm a big fan, fan of journaling. It's, it really helps to reprogram the subconscious mind, but if you are really stuck at the moment and Q4, this perfect time, it's 1st of October when this goes out.

uarter of the year going into:

I'm gonna be breaking this down, how to do this with chat. GBT my best friend. So, if you're not on the newsletter, do head over to Instagram, drop me a date DM with the word newsletter, and I will get you signed up because I'm definitely gonna be talking about this. So I think that's the first thing, being really clear on your vision.

Where are you actually going? And is the vision actually really granular? Saying things like, I want more clients, or saying things like, I just want 10 K months. Or saying things like, I wanna hit my six first six figures. Yes, they are very, very specific goals and I totally get that. But do you have the action steps behind it to actually make it a reality?

And I think that's where people go really wrong, is that they have this big vision. They romanticize the vision, they. You know, do the, do their vision boards, do the journaling, which gives them clarity, but then they never have the action step behind it to back them. This is exactly the work that I do with my clients.

So if this is something that you are really interested in when it comes to your business and life, do reach out. But I think that's really, really important. The second part of this is the illusion of the cage, right? So we're talking about this. You know, analogy that, that, you know, people feel trapped in a cage.

They feel like they can't get out. They feel like the door's locked and they're just trapped, right? But here's the thing. Your subconscious mind convinces you that you are trapped. It will convince you through fear of visibility, through fear of undercharging, through fear of not showing up fully how you want to in your business.

Thinking about what will people think? And this is the illusion of the cage. This is just a story that you just keep telling yourself and, and I'm gonna bring this back to my own story in a second, but this is just an illusion. And al also cultural and family expectations really reinforce that cage as well.

Like culturally, what we, what are we expected to do? You know, I am in a really busy season right now. October is probably gonna be, if not the, I think the busiest month of our year. Like I've got a launch coming up, I've signed up to a deep healing immersive, I'm doing, a course on content and. It's really busy.

It's very, very busy. And a couple of my friends have been reaching out to me recently. Everyone, it all comes at once. I think after summer people are like, I'll reach out in September. And one of my friends from Hong Kong love him. He messaged me and he was like, okay, like, I'm free. I hadn't heard from him for a little while, and he's like, I'm free.

Like, can we book in a call next week? And normally I would be like, yeah, sure, let's book in a call. But because obviously my diary is literally back to back. Also, I'm fully booked one-to-one clients at the moment. Normally, I would default to let me just fit him in and then I would like then. Struggle with time or struggle with being a bit overwhelmed.

And this is, it is not just him. It's happened with a couple of people love him to bits, but normally my default conditioning is, oh, let me just fit them in. I will then, you know, make the time. I will then suffer. But actually I just need breathing space. And this comes down to expectations and feeling like.

You know, you are being the martyr, you're being the savior, and you are not putting your own needs first in your business. And that then contributes to the illusion of the cage because then you potentially are acting out things in your life that make you feel trapped. Right? And here's where the subconscious mind keeps playing through, is, you know it, it will convince you that you are actually trapped.

So. What I want you to do from this is that I want you to write down three fears that come up as you imagine stepping into your next level and label them as stories, not facts. Because here's the thing, if you actually want to break out of the so-called cage, you can, you absolutely can. The reason why you are not.

You know, kind of coming outta that cage and breaking free is because of a story that you keep telling yourself. Everything is story. Everything is story. And I tell my clients, the world that you are looking at right now is through. A perception of the beliefs that you believe, the limiting stories that you've told yourself.

But the underlying thing here, and this is something that I am really working on right now and I'm, I'm going through a massive uplevel and I identity shift, is everything is story. And it's, for example, some of those things might feel really real. They are just a story. So when people say to me, oh, Asian women don't invest, I'm like, story because I've built up such as that we've done over 1 million pounds in online sales from an Asian market.

If that was true, then that wouldn't have happened, right? So then you have to really own your side of the road. Be like, what am I taking radical responsibility for in my life? You know, when people say to me, and you know, I've got the same thing, I have team that works with tech. I hate tech. I hate things like landing pages, automations, all the techy bits in my business.

I don't, do I have someone that does it for me? I absolutely hate it. Am I, am I not good with it? No, that's not true. I could be good with it, but I don't choose not to be. And that's different, right? But if I said to myself, oh, I can't do tech. I, I'm never gonna succeed because I'm not very good, very technical.

That's just story. That's literally just story. It's not a fact. So I want you to get really clear on what is the story that you also keep telling yourself that's not actually true. So it might be things like. Oh, no one's buying my offers or no, like no one's interacting with me or I'm not, I'm not scaling to the next level.

Whatever that looks like for you. It's normally just a story. And then you have to, then the next step is to take radical responsibility from your side of the road and then come up with the action plan that's gonna help you, but also remove those subconscious block, the subconscious blocks that keep getting in your way.

So the third part of this is.why breaking free isn't easy. So, I know this sounds really brutal, but I just wanna be really, really honest that most women won't actually escape their survival story. And I'm gonna talk a little bit about my journey here as well, but. To actually break out of the story, the survival story.

And when I say survival, people are like, you know, when this word first came to me, like people, someone said to me, I think you're in survival. I think one of my mentors reflected back at me earlier this year. I was thinking, what do you mean I'm in survival? Like I, I think sometimes people think survival is literally like some really.

Crazy burned out person who has like no financial resources and I just didn't identify with survival. But actually what I realized as I am also unraveling my own story this year, is that I could be stuck in survival. And survival. It happens when your nervous system is dysregulated, but also it is the conditioning and patterns that you have been doing on autopilot.

So survival could look like, for example. You doing everything yourself in your business. You cramming things so you are always over busy. You not asking for help when you know you should, you not voicing your needs to your partner or your husband. You just taking on the burden of everything. you not allowing spaciousness in your business.

And I see this with a lot of women because they're hardwired to survive because they saw their parents when they were growing up. Living in survival. My mom is someone, I love her to Bits. Talked a lot about my mom on this podcast, but she's an amazing teacher to me. I find with my mom, she's even retired now and so interesting to me.

She's in survival a lot. She's always rushing around. She's sometimes late to things. She's always got something going on. She's always really busy. The reason is because she's in survival. She's in survival. And I see this with a lot of women in my family. And normally survival women are also matriarchs as well, but most people don't want to break free from that reality and they don't want to break free of their story and what actually it takes to break free.

Is daily devotion, commitment, and discipline. And I know people don't like this word discipline, but it's true. So obviously, when I first started my business, you guys have had this so many times from me, but I was stuck in my overdraft for over a decade. I had really low confidence. I felt quite shy. I didn't feel good enough.

I, I didn't even have, have any savings to my name. And for someone who's had the biggest transformation and it's taken, you know, I think I must have hit my net figure seven worth figure maybe, maybe like two or three years ago. I don't know the exact time because again, I was avoiding it. I don't wanna say it because I'm like, oh, maybe I'll, I'll look really, I'll look really showing off and maybe I'm not relatable, but to get to that point.

It took daily devotion, commitment, and discipline. And now for me to reach my next level, which I'm working through right now, it takes daily devotion, commitment, and discipline. And this is the other thing, people stop when they get to a certain. Certain level, like, so for example, at the moment I've got everything that I could possibly ever dream of.

I've got passive income, I've got rental properties, I've got my business. I've got an an amazing house, a dream husband, beautiful friends, amazing family. I've literally got everything on paper. I have literally got everything. But then there's that whisper that you might also have. Which is your full potential.

Have I met my full potential? Not yet. Will I ever meet my full potential? Hopefully, I think I will. But at the end of the day, you are also, you might be listening to this and you've achieved a lot, but you know your full potential still out there, and this is about breaking free again from that story.

From that cage, because the truth is, guys, I know on social media, we see this like 10 K in three days, or six figures in six minutes, or drop 30 pounds in the next two weeks. True growth isn't easy. It, it takes doing the hard things that most people will avoid. It takes commitment, it takes devotion. It takes being fucking uncomfortable on a daily basis.

Like on a daily basis, that's the price you pay for potential. So it's not easy and it really depends on, it comes down to how much do you want it, how much do you want it, how much do you actually want to live into your fucking potential? Right. So the action, action step, you know, I love a good action step.

If you're on my news, that list, you know, I give you guys all of this every week, but the action step is choose one hard thing today that your future would already be doing. So maybe, maybe that's raising your prices, maybe it's posting unfiltered content. Maybe it's pitching yourself, maybe it's trying out new content creations, techniques, whatever that looks like for you.

Do that today. Okay. The fourth part of this is that you are not stuck. You are hitting a ceiling, right? So every ceiling you meet is proof of growth, not a dent end. So, for example, for me, I've, like I said before, I don't need to work, but I choose to because my devotion is to step into my highest potential, and that takes time and discipline.

Right. And I think a lot of people, and I, I've seen this in my clients as well, is that. They keep thinking they're hitting a ceiling and they're getting really frustrated and then they're like doubting themselves and they're having a negative self, self talk. And I think the reason why this happens is again, we're in this culture of social media where people are blowing up overnight, which definitely can happen.

I'm not saying it is, but there's this rush culture, especially if you're listening to this in the uk, I definitely feel like. This is something that I've really had to unlearn is rushing culture where, and it's in the Asian culture as well. It's like now, now, now, now. Now if it's not now, then something's wrong.

If it's not next week, something's wrong. If it's not next month, something's wrong. And one thing I'm really learning, learning is to think in year, like decades and not years. I heard this somewhere, I think I was an event last year and it really stuck with me that. Yes, obviously you want to have an incredible year, but you've got to learn that you are not stuck.

You're just hitting a ceiling, and that ceiling is really an invitation for you to expand. So if you are like, oh my God, why am I stuck? Why am I stuck? Why am I stuck? It's thinking about how can we just release the control, stop making it mean something bad. Just expand into that next level because if you are hitting a ceiling, it means that you are growing, not that you are at a dead end, and that's really, really, really exciting.

So keep that in mind. And the final, well, the fifth part of this is walking out of the cage, so you can literally do anything that you want. As a female founder. As a female entrepreneur, you can do anything that you want. We are living in the a age of ai, social media, like we've got an abundance of information at our hands, and you can walk out of that cage because the doors open, right?

So walking out means. It might be investing in a mentor. It might be learning a skill, a high value skill. It might be raising your standards. It might be showing up fully visible. It might be learning about something complicated that you need to learn about in your business. It might be embodying your premium positioning, and this is where I love to do the subconscious work with my clients.

It makes it safe to hold success and visibility so. The action step from this piece is if the cage was never locked, what version of me walks out today? What belief or behavior do you get to leave inside? That's really, really powerful and I think I just wanna really sum it up. I wanted to make this episode really short and sweet, but I just wanted to sum it up by saying that.

You know, staying in the cage looks like undercharging. It looks like hiding online. It looks like overdelivering. It looks like waiting for the algorithm walking out of the cage. Looks like confident marketing, premium client attraction, magnetic messaging, showing up fully in your truth and in your authenticity.

Really, really important, and I think that it's an energy shift. It's a hundred percent an energy shift, and I think I see like a lot of female founders with their negative self talk on a daily basis. You know, saying things like, I'm not good enough. I'm never gonna get there. You know, I'm never gonna, become anything.

I'm, I'm not gonna reach the next level. I'm, I'm here to tell you that you absolutely can and it is possible for you. And really, you know, the, the, the bottom line is, and you know, I'm such a big bel believer of subconscious work, and this is exactly more of this I'm gonna be talking about on my podcast moving forward.

Strategy matters, but it's the subconscious identity work that makes your, that makes you magnetic because. You can't literally, you can't have a strategy if your mindset isn't onboard, if your subconscious mind isn't onboard because 95% of your reality is programmed by your subconscious mind. So this is why people get really fed up when they keep, keep investing courses.

They keep investing in content creation. But if you haven't got that subconscious mind reprogrammed and onboard, you're gonna keep hitting a ceiling. You're just gonna keep hitting a ceiling. And I think that that's the thing that lets women down, you know, because they don't understand the subconscious piece, which is just so, so important.

So you're not stuck, you're just hitting a ceiling, and every ceiling is an invitation to expand. So I hope that resonated with you. I really hope that spoke to your heart. And if you are ready to stop circling the same cage and actually walk through the open door, I've got this incredible new offer, which is called the limited limitless identity shift.

What we do in there is ri subconscious. There's a whole module on messaging. There's an entire module on content and help you step into the woman confidently that attracts premium clients, and that raises her standards. And expands beyond every ceiling. It's literally just 22 pounds. I'm gonna leave a link in the show notes.

and I'm just, you know, I'm so excited for you. If you're listening to this, just know that I love and believe you. So if this resonated with you today, here's what to do next.
